D204: ICT in Enterprise

Eportfolio

You must submit evidence of your work in an eportfolio. Start by making a list of everything that has to be included. Do not put anything in the eportfolio that is not asked for.

How should it be structured?

It is important that the structure of your eportfolio is logical so that the moderator can move around and find all the evidence. The moderator has a limited amount of time – make life easier for him or her!

Create a structure chart to map out the pages of your eportfolio and how they link together.

Every item of evidence in the eportfolio must be in an acceptable format.

This table lists all the file formats that you may use. You must NOT include file types that are not on the list.

File formats you may use:

  • html, htm, xml
  • txt
  • pdf
  • swf
  • mov, avi, wmv
  • wav, midi, mp3
  • jpg, png, gif, tif
  • pps, ppt

Your eportfolio must be within the limit of 18Mb or it will not be accepted.

Ask reviewers for comments on your eportfolio. Include these comments on the Review page.

Test your eportfolio thoroughly. Make sure there are no mistakes of spelling or grammar, and that all the links work. There is no need to include the test plan in the eportfolio.
